Amid Hurricane Fiona’s recent strike in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, the Financial Services Forum (FSF) is still scheduled for October 17-18 at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This year’s event will bring together top experts in international banking, international insurance, compliance and specialist financial services, to discuss emerging trends in international banking, tax and law, compliance, insurance, opportunities in Puerto Rico and why the island is an ideal location to organize these activities.

The two-day conference will cover relevant topics such as: inducement laws under the Puerto Rico Incentives Code Act, better known as Law 60, financial crimes (by the FBI), account and service requests, how artificial intelligence can prevent money laundering, kleptocracy, and national threat assessment.
