Ramnik Chhabra has left his position as Executive Director and Head of Marketing after 16 years at Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL).
However, he will continue to be associated with the company, serving as a brand and marketing consultant for their brokerage and AMC businesses.
He joined MOFSL in 2006 as associate director and marketing manager.
Chhabra took to LinkedIn to reflect on his move.
His message read: “After 30 years of working in various organizations, I am hanging up my corporate boots. Thanks to Motilal Oswal and Raamdeo Agrawal for entrusting me with the custody of the MOFSL brand over the years. Their contagious enthusiasm for innovative creative work, unleashing creativity, valuing the role of brands in business development, and continually investing in brand development through good times and bad; has been the driving force behind the success of the MOFSL brand. They have also created a unique work culture based on knowledge, integrity, humility and a passion for fairness which is reflected in our brand building efforts. Also, the work-life balance I was able to achieve through MOFSL; played a big role in my professional and personal growth (more on the “life” part on Instagram!).”
Asked about his next move, Chhabra told Campaign India that he will not be joining any other sites at the moment but will devote his time as a part-time freelance consultant. He will also spend most of his time traveling and trekking.
With over 30 years of experience, Chhabra has also worked with companies like Gray Worldwide and Wunderman Thompson.
