Financial Services Specialist

The position is for a Financial Services Specialist, validating and approving billing information provided by our sales teams, before generating and processing these invoices. In this role, you will be required to pay close attention to detail while interacting with customers in a variety of our key industries including Government, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Technology.

The team is actively involved in agile projects to improve processes and implement new technologies to improve work performance, which you can also be part of in the future once you are onboarded to the team and established in your role.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Generating invoices for our clients

  • Marking incoming payments from our customers using financial systems.

  • Validation of billing information from our sales teams.

  • Management and improvement of financial processes

  • Communicate with our external customers and suppliers as well as internal sales teams.

  • Education or training relevant to contracts, payroll or administration (ideally we will consider all applications if the motivation and interest to learn is there).
