TDS, founded in 2011, is based in London, England. The company has 40 employees based in Europe, Asia and North America. TDS’ areas of expertise include IT lifecycle management, application services, human resources and accounting, as well as recruitment and consulting.
The acquisition will bring Kerv’s total turnover to over £60 million ($71.4 million) and more than 500 employees. The acquired entity will be rebranded as Kerv Communications Compliance Practice in the hope of serving the UK Tier 1 banking and financial services industry, the company said.
Current leadership of the communications compliance practice, including CEO Brad Gorton and chief strategy officer Paul Wilson, will join Kerv in leadership positions, according to the company. Kerv said he plans to retain all staff at the firm and will continue to invest in the business to capitalize on its growth trajectory and global presence.

Kerv was founded in 2020 when three UK-based managed service providers merged in a $38.6 million deal funded by a private equity firm LDCs.
The group was brought together by the founder and former CEO of the UK managed cloud service provider Six Degrees Group Alastair Mills, as well as former Six Degrees COO Mike Ing. Six Degrees was responsible for a similar deal in 2018, acquiring cloud-centric MSP CNS Group.
