First Business Financial Services: The Bank’s Accounts Receivable Finance Team Welcomes New Employees

MADISON, WI – August 24, 2022 – First Business Specialty Finance, LLC., a subsidiary of First Business Bank, is pleased to welcome several new members to its Accounts Receivable Finance group. The team continues to grow through the success of its business model of serving customers quickly, reliably and at competitive rates.

The new team members are:

Therese Aboujouda joined First Business Bank in May 2022 as a Senior Debtor Credit Analyst with over 35 years of finance and accounting experience. Previously, she served as a credit analyst at UMB Bank and held accounting positions at Thomas Reprographics and Hyatt Regency. Teresa will work in new customer onboarding, debit credit analysis and customer service.

Ator Awdish joined the Accounts Receivable Finance team at First Business Bank in March 2022 as a Treasury Processor. Ator has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is also experienced in accounting.

Eddie Miranda joined First Business Bank in May 2022. Started as a Cash Processor and also assists in other areas as requested. Eddie graduated from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor with a BA in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is also a two-time national boxing champion for the University of Michigan and volunteers in the community to support young people as a member of the support staff at his former high school, Pritzker College Prep, and a volunteer at the FAITH Center for homeless awareness.

mike rouse joined First Business Bank in July 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in factoring and transport accounting. Mike holds the position of Account Manager in the growing transportation factoring division of First Business Bank.

Paige Runyard joined First Business Bank in 2015 and has over ten years of experience in retail banking and corporate accounting. In 2019 she was promoted to Field Review Team Leader – Asset Based Lending and in 2022 she accepted a position as Loan Officer – Accounts Receivable Financing. Paige fulfills many roles including underwriting and financial analysis/guarantee monitoring for large clients. She is a CPA and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with degrees in accounting and economics.

The Accounts Receivable Financing team provides financing ranging from $100,000 to $15,000,000 to companies looking to improve their cash flow and take advantage of every business opportunity.
