Business process outsourcing provider Sigma Connected has appointed a senior executive as it continues its expansion into the global financial services industry.
Sigma Connected, which offers white-label customer contact center services in the energy, water, retail, financial services and telecommunications industries, has appointed finance specialist Colin McMahon to the role. director of financial services.
With over three decades of experience in the finance and banking industry, Colin will manage and strengthen relationships with existing Sigma customers in the financial services industry and work with the company’s growing number of new customers to understand and find solutions to their challenges.
Reporting to Commercial Director Ben Jones, Colin joins Sigma Connected from Nationwide Building Society where he managed its panel of outsourced companies within Collections and Recoveries. He previously held senior positions with Lloyds Banking Group and Arrow Global and worked as a consultant in the debt collection industry.
